Responsibilities
- Develop detailed baseline construction schedules using planning software.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to gather relevant data for accurate planning.
- Analyze project scope, milestones, and deliverables to create realistic and achievable timelines.
- Monitor project progress and compare it with the baseline; identify delays or risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and present regular reports, dashboards, and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead schedule review meetings and ensure alignment across departments and subcontractors.
- Integrate procurement, resource, and cost schedules with overall project plans.
- Manage change control processes related to scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements in all planning activities.
