Finance Director
Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Budget Management
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute annual financial and project budgets for overseas operations, ensuring alignment with corporate strategic objectives.
- Conduct market-driven financial forecasting and analysis to support management decisions.
- Oversee daily financial accounting operations in compliance with Asia accounting standards and local regulations.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of accounting records.
- Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement) with detailed variance analysis, providing management with insights into financial performance and position.
- Establish and maintain effective internal control systems to ensure operational compliance and risk mitigation.
- Conduct regular audits to identify control weaknesses and implement corrective measures.
Tax Planning & Optimization
Develop tax planning strategies tailored to Southeast Asian countries' legal frameworks, leveraging regional tax incentives and treaties to optimize tax efficiency while maintaining compliance.Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields. ACCA / CPA certification preferred.Experience : 5-8 years of progressive financial management experience, with multinational corporate finance experience strongly preferred.Technical Skills : Expertise in accounting standards, financial analysis, budget management, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP). Proficient in financial modeling tools and software.Leadership & Management : Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Compliance & Risk Management : In-depth knowledge of internal controls, tax compliance, and financial risk management frameworks.Employment Details
