Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Budget Management

• Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute annual financial and project budgets for overseas operations, ensuring alignment with corporate strategic objectives.
• Conduct market-driven financial forecasting and analysis to support management decisions.
• Oversee daily financial accounting operations in compliance with Asia accounting standards and local regulations.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of accounting records.
• Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement) with detailed variance analysis, providing management with insights into financial performance and position.
• Establish and maintain effective internal control systems to ensure operational compliance and risk mitigation.
• Conduct regular audits to identify control weaknesses and implement corrective measures.
