Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Supervisor role located in Simpang Empat. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and meeting productivity and quality targets. Key tasks include scheduling shifts, monitoring performance, providing feedback and training, resolving issues, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
