About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Service to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive excellent service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information on products / services
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Providing introductory information, such as a product manual explanation, to prospective and new customers
- Following up with clients or customers by phone, web chat or email to check that they're still satisfied with their purchases or services received
- Accessing databases to retrieve account information for customers
- Letting customers know about additional products or services that might benefit them
- Escalating queries and concerns when necessary
- Staying up to date on the latest products and services an organization provides
Requirements
