- Responsible to provide product information, answer questions, and resolving emerging problems that customer inquiries via ecommerce chat.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Poses strong communication skill and go extra mile to engage customers
- Meeting ecommerce marketplace KPI on chat response to ensure efficiency and increase conversion rate.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPMRequired language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantage.Fresh graduate or 1 year experience in retail field especially selling in IT products (mobile, gadget and networking)Minimum age 18 years old from complete monthOwn transportBasic knowledge in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)Location : Connaught Avenue, Cheras 56000 KL.
