Finance Executive & Operations

This job involves managing finances and supply chains. You will prepare budgets, analyze costs, and ensure smooth accounting operations, collaborating with various partners to maintain financial health.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
• Maintain Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and other records accurately
• Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes
• Publish and present financial statements promptly
• Monitor cash flow and control expenditures
• Analyze financial performance and prepare budgets and forecasts for costing, absorption, and inventory
• Perform payroll administration and prepare monthly payroll reports
• Audit financial transactions and document control procedures
• Prepare audit schedules for internal and external audits
• Determine costs of business activities such as raw materials, inventory, and labor
• Stay updated with financial policies, regulations, and legislations
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, company secretaries, tax agents, and regulators
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
