Penerangan pekerjaan5 days per week on rotational shift basis from Mon - Sun including weekend & public holiday) Convenient working location (Walk from Ampang Park LRT station). Handle pre and post reservation inquiries / requests by phone and e-mail. Modify, change and / or cancel existing reservations. Make outbound calls to hotels / guests to arrangement special requests. Act as liaison between guest and hotel to resolve complaints. Minimum SPM / UEC / O level. Good written and verbal communication skills in both English & Mandarin. Must speak Cantonese. Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply. Has strong sense of responsibility, independent and customer friendly. Able to work on rotational shift. Are you willing to work ROTATIONAL SHIFT in KLCC area?
