Senior Accounts Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team at Perfect Pentagon Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial accounting and reporting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial data to support the organization's strategic decision‑making.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts (e.g., AR, AP, GL).
• Assist in preparing compound inter‑company data information and management report analysis.
• Assist in inter‑company account transactions and reconciliation.
• Ensure completeness, timeliness, and data integrity of all branches’ financial data entry.
• Liaise with the auditor, tax agent, banker, legal officer, and other statutory bodies authorities.
• Take on additional duties and responsibilities on an ad‑hoc basis to support the finance team.
• Ensure all documentation is organized, filed, and up‑to‑date.
