We are looking for a talented People Support Advisor to join our team in Puchong, Malaysia as part of APAC HR team. This role will be onsite with flexibility - per the new guidelines, there is the expectation of travel when required .

Provides first line support and coaching to employee and manager enquiries as the single point of contact through resolution. Supports deployment and effectiveness of a broad range of HR processes, programs and initiatives within designated geography across all businesses and functions. Assists in delivering solutions to enhance employee experience, drive efficiency, and are compliant with local legislation and company policy.
