Finance Manager – Job Brief

Job Descriptions :

• Financial reporting and compliance
• Budgeting, forecasting and analysis
• Cash Flow & Treasury Management
• Operational Finance support
• Risk Management & Internal controls
• Lead financial due diligence and audit readiness for IPO
• Coorditnate with legal, audit, tax and investment banking advisors
• Any related tasks assigned by managing director

Job Requirements :

• Must be Chartered Accountant (eg. ACCA, CPA)
• Member of a recognized accounting body
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Minimum 5 - 8 years experience in finance roles, preferably in manufacturing
• Prior involvement in IPO preparation or public company reporting is highly advantageous
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax laws and audit standards
• Excellent analytical, communication ans stakeholder managements skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work with external advisors
