About the role Our client is seeking a results-driven

Sales Manager

to lead the growth of industrial automation and low voltage electrical components from a leading global technology brand. This role focuses on

business development, key account management, and sales leadership , while driving revenue across Malaysia. You will lead a team, develop winning sales strategies, and build strong relationships with customers and partners to maximize market share and profitability. Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue targets for low voltage product lines. Lead, coach, and manage a team of 4 sales professionals to deliver consistent results and growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and distributors to drive long-term business opportunities. Identify new business prospects and project opportunities across industrial and commercial sectors. Support the sales team with technical knowledge, product training, and joint customer engagements. Collaborate with principals and suppliers to align sales initiatives with regional and global objectives. Track competitor activity, customer insights, and industry trends to stay ahead of market developments. Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business reviews to management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum 6–8 years’ experience in

technical sales or business development , ideally in the electrical or industrial automation sector. At least 3 years’ leadership experience managing a sales team. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Commercially savvy with strong business acumen and market awareness. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
