Sales Manager – Renewable Energy Solutions

to drive growth, build partnerships, and lead the clean energy transformation in Malaysia.

Your Role

As our Sales Manager, you will :

  • Drive revenue growth across commercial and industrial segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, government agencies, and corporate clients.
  • Lead high-value negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract closures.
  • Represent Hasilwan at industry events, conferences, and client engagements.
  • Provide strategic insights to leadership and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless project delivery.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of sales experience, including at least 1 year in a managerial role.
  • Proven success in B2B sales within solar PV, energy efficiency, or electrical systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysia's renewable energy market and incentive programs.
  • Independent, results-driven, and open to nationwide travel.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic knowledge of solar PV / energy systems.
