To issue and manage Service Order Form (SOF) for new leased line & capacity upgrade / downgrade / relocation of existing leased line. To take lead in managing, dealing, and negotiating with service providers and UM internal stake holders for new / existing leased line requirement. To help track & manage leased line delivery timeline. To manage and track OPEX & CAPEX spending / charges for leased line within the approved budget. To monitor, track & manage leased line delivery & process invoices for all transmission backhaul services. Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Networking / Telecommunications or relevant courses. Minimum 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Very good knowledge and experience in DWDM / IP network and fiber optic technologies. Vast experience in handling a project. Vast exposure in 3G & 4G mobile services / technologies.
