Job Description

• Handle day‑to‑day operations / logistics‑related matters including managing return / exchange & refund cases.
• Ensure that promotional activities are properly executed on time and communicated.
• Prepare and update product listings, pricing, and promotions across online platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, company website).
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product information, stock availability, and visual assets are accurate and up to date.
• Monitoring and recording of sales across all platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement system enhancements and address any identified issues or bugs.
• Ensure all shops comply with marketplace policies.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Any other duties that may be assigned to you by your Superior from time to time.
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of e‑commerce platforms (Salesforce, Salsify, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, TikTok preferred).
• Proficiency with basic design tools like Canva, Order Management System like OMS and related system like SAP and Docuware is an added advantage.
• Minimum of one year of experience in an e‑commerce role would be an advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self‑motivated and a team player.
• Proficiency in English and Malay (written and verbal).
