Responsibilities
- To assist Project Manager to competently plan, manage, coordinate and monitor closely project executions, work progress, control, tracking and accomplish tasks within the given time frame;
- To check all mechanical drawings for discrepancies with Architectural & Structural drawings and control of mechanical drawings on-site;
- To supervise mechanical works and liaise with clients, consultants, architects, sub-contractors, supplier and relevant authorities to meet proposed schedule;
- To ensure mechanical works are performing on time and compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations;
- Responsible to execute mechanical works in building construction and improvement works;
- Review the M&E drawings against mechanical and clients’ requirements;
- Conduct site inspection from time to time and carry out testing and commission of mechanical work;
- To identify any issues, or deviations from project specifications and propose suitable corrective actions;
- To ensure all work documentation are properly documented and filed;
- Attend site meeting as and when required;
- To undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required.
Requirements
