We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager - HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management for Indonesia and Malaysia, compensation and benefits, reports and analytics, and a deep understanding of people budgeting concepts.
High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential, knowledge and exposure to HRIS systems like Talenta and Rymnet is preferred. The person should have designed SOP for essential HR processes around the employee life cycle.
Responsibilities
Have fair understanding of payroll processes for employees in Indonesia and Malaysia.
Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and taxation standards.Address and resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues.Compensation and BenefitsDevelop and implement compensation and benefits policies.
Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.Manage employee benefits programs and address any related inquiries.Reports and AnalyticsPrepare and analyze HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and compensation reports.
Utilize data analytics to provide insights and recommendations for HR strategies.Monitor and report on key HR metrics to support decision-making.Create periodic dashboards for HR metrics and reports.BudgetingAssist in the preparation and management of the HR budget.
Monitor and control HR expenses to ensure alignment with the budget.Provide financial analysis and forecasts related to HR activities.Excel and PowerPoint ProficiencyCreate detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
Utilize advanced Excel functions to streamline HR processes and data analysis.Prepare professional presentations for HR meetings and executive briefings.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.7 - 10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll & compliances for Indonesia and Malaysia.Strong understanding of compensation and benefits practices.Proficiency in HR reports and analytics.High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of employee engagement strategies and budgeting concepts.Personal Attributes
