Penerangan pekerjaan5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 2+ years in the i-Gaming industry . Proven ability to work independently and manage project timelines effectively. Strong understanding of i-Gaming platforms, user flows, and regulatory considerations. Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project or similar. Skilled in business process modeling, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Familiarity with Agile / Waterfall delivery methodologies. Experience with UX / UI collaboration and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq). Background in data analytics or SQL.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end business analysis across i-Gaming products and initiatives.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Manage and monitor project timelines , ensuring deliverables are met on schedule and risks are proactively addressed.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Product Owners to align scope, resources, and deadlines.
- Conduct market and competitive research to inform business and product strategies.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to drive efficiency and performance.
- Support QA and UAT efforts by validating solutions against business requirements.
- Provide clear, concise reporting and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Work independently with minimal supervision, effectively prioritizing tasks and initiatives.
