What you will be doing (Key Responsibilities) :
Delivering Exceptional Support : Handle customer tasks via with clarity, speed, and care (no cold calls required).Advising Better Solutions : Understand the customer's needs and advise them on more effective or time-saving options based on their project stage—so they feel supported, not just serviced.Improving Processes : Analyze customer feedback and collaborate with the team to suggest service improvements.Ensuring Project Flow : Follow up with customers and other internal departments to ensure smooth, on-time completion of each stage.Coordinating Across Teams : Prepare supporting documents and track submissions & invoices —working closely with our internal audit team.Managing Customer Data : Keep records up to date and help identify delays or gaps in the process.Problem-Solving with Heart : Bring initiative, observe patterns, and suggest workflow improvements when possible.What We're Looking For :
