Job Title : Sales Demand Manager (Hotel & Tourism Industry)

Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Demand Manager to drive revenue growth by optimizing demand and maximizing sales opportunities in the hotel and tourism sector.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to increase sales and market share.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Optimize pricing and inventory strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Lead sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities.
  • Identify and develop new distribution channels to enhance market reach.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, demand management, or revenue optimization in the hotel and tourism industry.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused.
