Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Puchong. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports. Additional responsibilities include negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams, and attending industry events to enhance business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
• Strong analytical skills for market research and strategy development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of the CCTV and ICT networking industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
