To prepare service charges and sinking fund invoices;To collect payment from the owners / residents and issue payment receiptsTo collect deposits from owners / residents and refund to them when the renovation completed.;To prepare payment vouchers for service providers, contractors and etc;To attend owners / residents complaints with regards to the payment, statement of account and to answer all inquiry professionally and tactfully;To chase for overdue payment from owners / residents and do the debt recovery process;To assist in preparing Debtor Aging, Bank Reconciliation.Able to handle basic accounting matters.Requirements : -
- Degree / Diploma in Accounting / Business Admin or any related discipline;
- More than a year working experience in Accounting;
- Must able to do partially accounts for AP & AR
- Fluent in English and Malay.

Pay : RM2, RM3,300.00 per month
