To monitor and ensure urgent customer orders are processed before 3pm.
Collaborate with our onsite team via Whatsapp / Call, working together to deliver exceptional service.
Handling customer inquiries through email and chat channels
Interact with customers through live chat and provide them with friendly, professional, and humanized after-sales service.
Handle return and refund requests on various platforms, such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, etc., with a customer-centric approach.
Resolve disputes related to shipment loss, return abuse, and cases outside warranty coverage with a focus on fair resolution.
Conduct initial inspections on items returned for warranty, ensuring thorough assessment.
Check CCTV playback on what packers have packed for customer disputes like missing products or wrong products received.
To prepare stock replenishment purchases.
Handle unexpected events and tasks assigned by managers.
Skills Required :
Proficiency in English, Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates and basic Bahasa Malaysia.
Prior experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred but not required.
Problem-solving, multitasking, and team-oriented.
Basic Microsoft Excel skills (added advantage).
