Executive Officer (holding the functional title of Assistant Manager)

Overview

The University of Hong Kong is inviting applications for an Executive Officer (holding the functional title of Assistant Manager) in the Department of Computer Science and Department of AI & Data Science, School of Computing and Data Science. Ref. : . This is a two-year fixed-term appointment with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance. The appointment will commence as soon as possible and may be extended subject to funding and performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the planning, execution and development of undergraduate programmes, including admissions, programme administration, event coordination, maintenance of student records and information systems, assessments, committee work, budgeting and reimbursement.
• Support the Departments of Computer Science and AI & Data Science with related duties as required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
