Manager Pre-Sales & Business Development (Welding)

will play a pivotal role in the expansion and market positioning of our client. This role involves support in promoting our client's educational and welding certification programs, driving brand awareness, and providing technical expertise for business development initiatives and industry initiatives.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, supporting the sales cycle, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Job Description

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets relevant to client's products, services, and certification programs.
• Engage in lead generation activities, qualifying prospects, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic positioning and value proposition development.
• Work closely with the technical and sales teams to prepare presentations, demonstrations, and proposals for prospective clients.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our client and establish key relationships.
• Assist in the development and negotiation of contracts, pricing structures, and partnership agreements under guidance from senior management.
• Support the onboarding and integration of new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to long-term partner.
• Monitor industry trends to identify emerging business opportunities and potential threats.
• Prepare regular status reports, forecasts, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
