What You'll Do
- Contact potential leads provided by the company (via phone & email) to verify interest and gather key information
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and update CRM systems accurately
- Introduce the company's products and services in a professional and engaging manner
- Work closely with the Sales Team to hand over qualified leads for follow-up
- Support pre-sales activities including market research and competitor tracking
- Contribute ideas to improve customer engagement and lead conversion strategies
