Accounts Payable Junior Accountant (Mandarin Speaker, 6 months contract), Your future position?

You will be a part of us, an Accounts Payable team in Givaudan Business Solutions (GBS). You will perform Accounts Payable tasks for us in our APAC production sites to ensure the short time supply delivery. You will report to our AP, Team Leader.

Core Responsibilities :

• Perform analysis on open GRIR items
• Closely follow-up on open GRIR items
• Daily communication with vendors and stakeholders to resolve missing invoices and open GR issues
• Answer internal stakeholder queries
• Handle reporting and analyze various AP related reports
• Ensures that all relevant Internal Audit & Business Compliance guidelines, controls and policies are followed.
• Raise awareness in case of issues / problems / deviations to AP Manager as necessary.
• Identify areas of process improvements.
