Medical Product Specialist Key Responsibilities :

• Sales Responsibility : Drive product sales and achieving revenue targets by providing expert knowledge on medical products.
• Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Technical Expertise : Provide technical support and troubleshooting to healthcare professionals during the product implementation and pre / post-sale phases.
• Market Research : Monitor market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and provide valuable insights to the product development team.
• Product Demonstrations & Training : Conduct product demonstrations and hands-on training sessions for healthcare professionals, explaining product features, clinical applications, and proper usage.
• Collaboration : Work closely with internal marketing and operation teams to develop effective sales strategies, promotional materials, and product positioning.
• Product Launches & Promotions : Support the introduction of new products to the market, assisting with product launches, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Customer Feedback : Gather feedback from healthcare professionals and customers to help refine product offerings and improve customer experience.
• Sales Reporting : Track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools, and report on progress towards sales targets and KPIs.
