Product Specialist

Product Specialist is the principal point of contact between our organization and the healthcare professionals. Product Specialist ensure all healthcare professionals have the right product and services, identify customers' needs, and provide technical support during application of company's solutions.

Job Description :

Promote and sell medical products / surgical solutions to hospitals and medical

professionals

Develop strong customer relation through excellent customer service

Grow sales revenue and market share – identify and build up new customer base and

rejuvenate existing accounts.

Strategies and executes marketing and sales plan in line with business objectives

Responsible for developing and implementing tactical campaigns and marketing

activities.

Able to provide relevant marketing reports and suggestions to the management.

To provide case support during surgical procedure.

To provide in service and product training to healthcare professional such as doctor,

nurses and relevant parties.

Forecast stock requirement based on the market feedback.

Conduct regular consignment count and generate sales reports

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least Nursing Diploma / Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma

Professional Degree or equivalent.

At least 1 year's sales experience. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Mature, self-motivated, innovative and proactive to work

Independently and deliver results under pressure.

Independent, result-oriented and be a good team player .

To be based either in Melaka or Johor

To be based in Perak

Pay : RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
