Job Description :

Tribe is seeking Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support customers of our premier client, Tencent (Mobile Gaming). In this role, you will leverage your positive energy and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional service. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies and systems, supported by a dedicated leadership team and peers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality customer support via digital channels.
• Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to performance metrics.
