About the role

Manjoy Gadget Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource (Payroll) professional to join our team in Ipoh, Perak. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the company's payroll operations and ensuring accurate and timely compensation for our valued employees.

What you'll be doing

• Administering and processing bi-weekly payroll, including calculating salaries, deductions, and taxes
• Maintaining employee payroll records and ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
• Resolving payroll-related inquiries and addressing any discrepancies or issues
• Collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of payroll expenses
• Implementing and maintaining payroll procedures and policies to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Providing support and guidance to employees on payroll-related matters
• Staying up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and best practices
