Corporate Secretarial Executive

Responsibilities
- Ensure Compliance : Maintain statutory records, submit statutory returns, and ensure adherence to statutory requirements under the Companies Act, 2016.
- Corporate Secretarial Duties : Assist in all aspects of corporate secretarial responsibilities.
- Document Preparation : Prepare Directors' Resolutions, Minutes, and statutory forms for filing with SSM.
- Meeting Coordination : Organize and coordinate Annual General Meetings, Board of Directors' Meetings, and any other Special or Extraordinary General Meetings as requested by clients.
- Liaison Parties : Work closely with clients, auditors, and relevant authorities (SSM) regarding company secretarial matters.
- Other Responsibilities : Perform other company secretarial duties as assigned such as filing work etc
