We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Support Associates. This role involves handling verification calls, documentation, and ensuring accuracy in data processing.
This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who want to kickstart their career in customer support – no prior experience required Training will be provided.
Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communicate effectively with clients and third parties to verify information.
- Provide accurate information and support to customer inquiries.
- Perform data entry, maintain records, and ensure accuracy of documentation.
- Follow up with customers to resolve issues or complete verification processes.
