We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Support Associates. This role involves handling verification calls, documentation, and ensuring accuracy in data processing.

Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Communicate effectively with clients and third parties to verify information.
• Provide accurate information and support to customer inquiries.
• Perform data entry, maintain records, and ensure accuracy of documentation.
• Follow up with customers to resolve issues or complete verification processes.
