Position Title : Sales Manager
Department : Retail Business Unit
Location : Multi-branch (HQ-based with travel to 6 branches across Malaysia)
Reporting to : Director / Head of Retail Operations
Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or sales operations, preferably in a multi-branch environment.
- Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
- Results-driven with proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Ability to travel within Malaysia.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Preferred :
Experience in HVAC or home appliance retail industry is an added advantage.Familiar with any CRM, POS, or retail management systems.Job Scope : 1.Sales Leadership
Drive and achieve monthly sales target of RM300,000 across all branches.Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance; provide strategic direction and intervention when necessary.2.Team Development & Management
Lead, coach, and mentor branch managers and sales teams to improve productivity and customer experience.Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.3.Operational Oversight
Ensure retail SOPs are followed at all branches including inventory, customer handling, and service follow-up.Support implementation of retail management systems and technology integration for efficiency.4.Marketing & Promotion
Generate and execute ideas for promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and branch-level activities to boost footfall and sales.Collaborate with the marketing team for digital and offline promotion planning.5.Branch Performance Monitoring
Oversee performance of 6 retail branches across Malaysia including manpower planning, stock level monitoring, and customer satisfaction.Conduct regular visits and audits to ensure consistency in brand standard6.Reporting & Strategy
Prepare monthly reports on sales, team performance, customer feedback, and promotional outcomes.Contribute insights to improve retail strategy and identify opportunities for new branch setup or service offerings.Commission Target achieve : / monthBenefits :
