Overview

Position title : Administration Executive.

Position type : Permanent; Full-time.

Salary : RM .

Location : Petaling Jaya (5-day week), Selangor.

This is a multi-level marketing company, leader in network marketing industry with established a large network of distributors throughout Malaysia. The company brand has a range of scientifically backed colostrum health and nutritional products / supplements marketed across Asia-Pacific region. Currently they are looking for a female Administration Executive to be based at their Malaysian corporate headquarters in Petaling Jaya.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational administrative support.
  • Manage product registration with Ministry of Health.
  • Handling inbound calls from customers to process orders of entitlement.
  • Process stock orders.

Candidate profile & experience

  • The ideal candidate would have some working experience within an administrative operational role.
  • Malaysians (Female) who are energetic, enthusiastic and pro-active driven persons.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or even Finance.
  • Possess strong operational and administrative experience gained within any sector.
  • High level of numeracy, computer literacy.
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in multilingual language skills.
  • Be able to be based at Petaling Jaya in Selangor.
