Responsibilities

• Respond to emails, chats, calls, and inquiries from branches, investors, agents, and social media platforms.
• Handle walk-in investors and agents at Menara Prudential branch.
• Execute daily operational tasks, including following up on incomplete transactions with agents and investors, and providing statements to investors.
• Offer informed and compassionate assistance to clients, addressing their concerns clearly and professionally.
• Investigate and resolve client feedback or complaints in accordance with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Achieve or exceed target Customer Satisfaction Score (NPS).
• Encourage the use of the myEastspring online platform for investors and agents.
• Continuously explore and suggest new process improvements related to customer servicing.
• Participate in team activities and demonstrate positive contributions through peer feedback.
• Stay updated on unit trust product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Supervisor, which may include various duties that arise unexpectedly and require immediate attention.
