Overview
We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to support our growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with sales, application and production team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, manage customer inquiries, and contribute to sales planning and performance. Responsibilities
- Ensure all customer service activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
- Manage regional sales and order entries, order processing, and delivery monitoring.
- Track and follow up on backorders or delayed shipments.
- Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries, quotations, and delivery updates.
- Communicate shipment statuses to customers and ensure timely updates.
- Provide monthly sales analysis and support the sales team with required data and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare sales forecasts and delivery plans, monitor performance, and recommend corrective actions to meet targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal / external customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support business needs.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales support.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Ability to work independently and as part of the team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
