Are you a strategic and results-driven leader ready to drive high-impact campaigns across diverse markets? We are looking for a Senior Manager, Campaign Management to lead campaigns across B2B, B2C, and B2G segments, both locally and regionally. You will be the crucial link, collaborating with Marketing, Content, Research, and other stakeholders to deliver effective, data-driven campaigns that fuel business growth and engagement.
What You'll Do
- Lead Campaign Operations : Take full ownership of the daily operations for the Campaign Management unit, ensuring alignment with governance standards and best practices.
- Execute High-Impact Campaigns : Collaborate on concept development and lead the execution of campaigns for products, services, and events across B2B, B2C, and B2G markets.
- Drive Strategic Growth : Co-develop and implement strategic marketing plans specifically focused on client retention, lead generation, and overall business growth.
- Oversee Execution : Oversee and manage campaign execution across all platforms, working closely with internal teams and third-party partners as necessary.
- Enable Sales Success : Support the sales team by providing them with necessary campaign materials, essential briefings, and updates to ensure consistent messaging and effective sales enablement.
- Analyse Campaign Performance : Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, ensuring results are measured, tracked, and analysed. You will prepare detailed analysis and post-campaign reports for stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
Experience : A minimum of 7 years of experience in media, advertising, or marketing, with a strong focus on digital and omnichannel campaigns .Expertise : Proven experience leading B2B, B2C, and B2G campaigns from strategic planning through to execution.
