Payroll & HR Services Associate (Japanese Speaker)
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following :
- Handling of employees’ master data and time management for Japan
- Ensuring employees’ Personnel Master and Time related data are updated accurately for payroll processing
- Generating and processing weekly, monthly, ad‑hoc employee master data and time‑management related reports
- Assisting department coordinators, recruiters, and Site HR with day‑to‑day employee master data & time‑management related responsibilities
- Maintaining a filing system accurately for audit compliance
- Performing system testing for configuration changes, upgrades, or legal changes
- Applying significant knowledge of government legislation impacting human resources management practices
- Applying significant knowledge of company HR policies, labor movements, and arbitration proceedings
- Communicating and writing in Japanese for interactions with Japan’s stakeholders or employees
- Effectively communicating with a wide variety of internal customers
- Evaluating multiple highly detailed tasks, determining priorities, and organizing work to meet project deadlines
- Managing sensitive employee information in a confidential manner
- Using computer applications (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to accurately perform tasks
- Proficiency in SAP is an added advantage

Zero to two years of relevant experienceBachelor’s degree in a related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal customersStrong organizational and prioritization skillsConfidential handling of sensitive employee informationProficiency with Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; SAP proficiency desirableJob Details
