Pajak Gadai LMS is a licensed pawnbroking company that has been in operation in Malaysia for more than 50 years. The company operates multiple branches throughout Malaysia. There is a long history of the company providing reliable, genuine and excellent loan services to our customers. We are looking for talents to mutually grow with the company.

Positions available : Admin & HR Manager and Admin & HR Executive

Job responsibilities

  • Responsible for company administration matters (e.g. company secretarial work, banking, rental, documentation filing, etc.)
  • Production of a variety of company reports and documents (e.g. board resolutions, banking forms, letters to Government bodies, meeting minutes, etc.)
  • Liaise with the company's external organisations (e.g. Government bodies, banks, IT vendors, consultants, industry associations, etc.)
  • Management of rental tenancies
  • Assist in events organisation co-ordination (e.g. annual dinners, meetings, etc.)
  • Assist in human resources work (e.g. submission of statutory documents, liaising with Government for human resource work, etc.)
  • Screening and interviewing of suitable candidates
  • Analyse existing research and documentation to prepare recommendations for company improvement projects
  • Co-ordinate company improvement projects
  • Assist in the entry of accounting and human resources data
  • Administration manager will manage a team to achieve the above job responsibilities

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources or in any other field of study
  • At least 5+ years working experience as an Administration Manager / Executive
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or equivalent software suites
  • Experience using accounting software or human resources software will be an added advantage
  • Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (to communicate with external organisations and colleagues). Knowledge in Mandarin will be highly looked upon.
