What you'll be doing?
- Talent Acquisition : Drive the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Learning & Development : Assist in creating and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Employee Engagement : Support initiatives to boost staff retention and maintain a positive work environment.
- Administrative Support : Manage HR-related paperwork, including staff insurance and other personnel matters.
- Event Coordination : Plan and execute company events, fostering team spirit and corporate culture.
- Versatile Support : Contribute to various ad-hoc assignments, demonstrating adaptability and eagerness to learn.
Who are they looking for?
Educational Background : Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. We welcome applicants from diverse academic backgrounds.Language Proficiency : Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin being essential for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.HR Experience : Candidates with 1-3 years of relevant work experience, particularly in recruitment processes, are encouraged to apply.Recruitment Know-how : Familiarity with recruitment practices, either as an in-house recruiter or with a staffing agency, is a plus but not mandatory.Event Management Experience : Familiarity with organizing and managing corporate events such as VIP's receptions or celebratory occasions, is a plus but not mandatory.
Interpersonal Skills : Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
