Senior Accounts Executive

The Senior Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing the financial and related operations aspects of the sales and marketing of our fintech solutions under various brandings.

Key Responsibilities

• Recording and reporting of financial transactions by product branding
• Timely issuance of invoices, recording of revenue and monitoring collections, and ensure these are in accordance with contractual terms and respective brandings.
• Review proposed sales and marketing contracts prior to execution
• Ensure all expenses and disbursements are authorized and for proper purposes
• Monthly reporting on performance with key statistical analysis (e.g. cashflow, GP, AR / AP, expenses, etc.)
• Timely registration and renewal of IP rights (e.g. branding, IP, etc.)
• Any other incidental and ancillary duties and roles related to the role and position.
