Develop and pitch creative concepts while summarizing outcomes during client meetings.
Drive sales growth for client accounts by identifying and pursuing opportunities.
Create and execute strategic account plans, overseeing projects from inception to completion.
Set clear goals and objectives for internal teams, ensuring alignment with client needs.
Monitor and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with teams to develop high-quality materials, coordinate events, and provide guidance and support.
Lead and mentor staff, fostering a motivated and results-driven team environment.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and acting as a liaison between internal teams and clients.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in an advertising, public relations, or in-house agency, preferably within a sports marketing environment. Experience in other industries as an Account Manager is also welcomed.
Strong storytelling and exceptional writing skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform effectively under pressure.
A creative mindset with the ability to think innovatively and deliver unique solutions.
Excellent presentation skills and confidence in pitching ideas.
Strong organizational, time-management, and leadership abilities.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
