Job Summary

Pandai Education is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to expand Pandai's reach across schools and educational institutions. The successful candidate will deliver impactful presentations, foster relationships with stakeholders, and demonstrate the value of Pandai's platform. This role combines public speaking expertise, technical knowledge, and a passion for transforming education through technology.

Key Responsibilities

1.Sales & Business Development

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within schools, and educational bodies.
  • Achieve sales targets by promoting Pandai's platform

2.Audience Engagement

  • Adapt presentations for diverse audiences, including school principals, teachers, parents, and students.
  • Conduct live demonstrations of Pandai's platform to showcase usability and educational impact.

    • Address audience questions, concerns, and feedback during Q&A sessions.

    Stakeholder Relationship Building

    Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in educational departments.

    Identify and nurture potential partnerships to drive Pandai's adoption.

    Content Preparation

    Collaborate with Pandai's marketing and product teams to ensure presentations reflect the latest features and messaging.

    Customize materials such as slides, handouts, and videos for different audiences and events.

    Feedback & Reporting

    Gather attendee feedback to improve presentations and product offerings.

  • Provide detailed post-event reports, including lead generation metrics, to the sales and marketing teams.

    • Qualifications & Skills

    Experience

  • Proven track record in public speaking, sales presentations, or education advocacy.
  • Familiarity with Malaysia's education system, government departments (e.g., JPN, PPD, SSTP), and EdTech trends.
  • Experience speaking to large audiences (100+ attendees) and engaging with schools, students, teachers, and policymakers is a strong advantage.

    • Technical Skills

  • Ability to quickly learn and demonstrate Pandai's platform (training provided).
  • Proficiency with presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides).

    • Soft Skills

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Charismatic, confident, and skilled in engaging both large and small audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to handle objections or technical challenges during presentations.

    • Other Requirements

  • Must have own transport and a valid driving license.
  • Own a laptop with a reliable internet connection.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Malaysia.
  • Passionate about education and technology.

    • Compensation & Benefits

    Basic salary : RM2,500 - RM3,500, plus performance-based incentives.

    Flexible working hours with occasional weekend or evening events.

    Remote working options with opportunities for in-person meetings and school visits.
