Key Account Manager

The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.

Responsibilities :

• Build & maintain strong relationships with customers by proactively assessing, clarifies & validate customer needs & develop plans to deliver better results.
• Regular coverage (with defined route plan with fixed coverage frequency) for each customer, main contractors, project owners, developers, AEC (architect, engineer and consultant)
• Owns planning & execution of sales strategy & action plan for his / her respective customers & to achieve sales target, profitability goal & market share.
• Partner with Head of Business Development to execute the strategies and deliver target / goals.
• Collaborate with other departments (i.e. trade marketing, marketing, technical solution, commercial, credit & demand / supply team) to address customer needs & issue resolution to enable delivery of sales target & business priorities.
• Adherence to all Company principles / bond, policies, local legal or regulations including and company health, safety, environment & community (HSEC) policies.
