Job Purpose

Responsible for providing accounting support to accounting Senior Executive and managers within the department. Key daily worksheets to the general ledger system ensure files are complete and maintained as needed, handles accounts payable duties and assists accounting personnel.

Job Specification

Qualification

Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accounting, CAT, ACCA, LCCI

Experience

Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in accounting management or related field.

Skills

Computer literate and knowledge in accounting software is required.

A good team player who is dynamic with mature personality, independent

Job Description

To prepare monthly financial report and relevant statutory reports

Preparation of financial budget

Responsible for all aspect of accounting operations and functions and full set of company account.

Ensure compliance with accounting standard and reporting in line with the company policy and procedures.

Supervise accounting entry by junior executive.

Maintain journal and month end closing.

Assist in monthly closing activities, GL bank reconciliation & other required schedule and aging.

Any other ad hoc task or project as when required by superior and management
