About the Role
DÔME Café Malaysia is seeking a passionate and proactive Receptionist Cum Admin Assistant. The Receptionist is the point of contact of visitors and callers to the company's headquarters. This role provides front desk support, manages telephone communication, and assist in daily administrative operations to ensure the office runs smoothly and professionally.
Role Overview
1. Front Desk Management
- Greet and assist all visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized and presentable at all times.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
2. Telephone & Communication
Operate the main telephone line and direct calls to appropriate departments or personnel.Maintain and update the internal phone extension directory.Handle general inquiries and messages efficiently.3. Administrative Support
Maintain and replenish office stationery and reception supplies.Assist in ordering, receiving, and distribution of staff uniforms and name tag.Support internal audits such as phone outlet checks and basic admins compliance task.4. Visitor & Security Coordination
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.5. Miscellaneous Duties
Provide support to other administrative staff when needed.Assist in internal office communications and coordination with other HQ departments.Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or HOD.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay : RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
