Perform administrative support and effective operation for the company.
Generally include the preparation and verification of documents, management of records, compilation of statistics, drafting correspondences, and enquiries.
Typing accurately, preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing
Ensuring statements of accounts are prepare correctly.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma in any field.
Required language(s) : 華語, English (able to listen, read, write and speak)
No work experience required.
Must be hardworking, reliable and well-mannered.
Be punctual at all time when on duties.
