RPA Project Analyst

Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field (professional certifications are a plus). 2–3 years' experience in business analysis, process analysis, or project management. Experience with RPA projects and tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere) preferred. Strong skills in process mapping, reengineering, requirements gathering, documentation, and ROI / business case creation. Familiarity with Agile / Scrum, Lean / Six Sigma, UAT, and project management best practices. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Job Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
CONTRACT : 1-year and Extendable
Max Salary : RM6,500 per month
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Partner with Business Process Owners and RPA teams to analyze, document, and optimize processes for automation.
- Define business and technical requirements, create BRDs, user stories, and process maps.
- Conduct value / ROI analysis, opportunity identification, and business case preparation for automation initiatives.
- Support RPA project lifecycle : requirement gathering, design, testing, implementation, and project closure.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues, define enhancements, and ensure compliance.
- Deliver business analysis artifacts, dashboards, reports, and project documentation.
- Ensure best practices, governance, and coding standards are followed within the RPA CoE.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, supporting change management and stakeholder alignment.
- Contribute to financial planning, budgeting, and performance evaluation for automation projects.
