Conduct monthly competitor analysis to inform operational strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
Prepare management reports on dealership performance, market trends, and operational insights for senior leadership.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 7 years of experience in sales operation or a related role, with a proven track record of success in the automotive industry.
Experience with EV technologies, automotive sales channels, and market dynamics is a plus.
Strong data analysis, presentation skills and reporting skills with a focus on driving actionable insights.
